The scrapbook contains photocopied pages of a brochure called El Paseo de la Guerra: Studios : Apartments, Shops : Office, Restaurant, n.d. It includes a directory of all the shops and businesses in the complex. Short articles with black and white illustrations are also included on: The De la Guerra House; The Santa Barbara Art Club; Community Arts Association and its branches; The Lobero Theatre; and El Paseo Restaurant.
