Collection is organized into 5 series and 1 record group. Within each series, folders are organized by event and then chronologically by year. Each series also has a folder for retired and inactive events that are no longer part of SBTHP programming as of 2013.
Immediate Source of Acquisition
Received in two transfers, one from Executive Director Anne Petersen's digital files in Winter of 2022, and another transfer of photos from the organization's Flickr account.
